System Access Instructions
Step 1: Portal Login
- Navigate to the Website: Open your web browser and go to the SRRU-TEP homepage at srru-tep.srru.ac.th.
- Click the Login Button: Click the blue "Log in" button located in the top right corner of the page.
- Enter Personal Credentials: In the pop-up window, enter your login details:
- Username: Your Student ID.
- Password: Your Citizen ID.
- Sign In: Click the Log in button to access the system.
Step 2: Navigating the Main Menu & Accessing Your Course
Once logged in, you can switch between different system views using the Grid Menu (9-dot icon) located at the top next to the logo, or choose your course card directly:
1. Methods to Enter Your Exam Course (3 Available Options)
- Option 1 via My courses: Click the 9-dot icon at the top, select My courses, and the system will display your enrolled courses. Click the "Enter this course" button under the SRRU-TEP course card to enter the examination room.
- Option 2 via Dashboard: Click the 9-dot icon at the top, select Dashboard to see your stats page and course overview. Click on the SRRU-TEP course or click "Continue learning".
- Option 3 via All courses: Click the 9-dot icon at the top, select All courses to search for all courses in the system, then select the SRRU-TEP course card (Instructed by Instructors .).
2. Course Menu Structure
After entering the exam course, the main menu on the left sidebar is divided into 3 primary sections:
- Instructions: Displays the rules, regulations, and examination procedures.
- Examination: The main link to access and take the English examination.
- Certificate: The menu to download your certificate (Available after completing the exam and meeting the passing criteria).
Step 3: Starting the Examination
- Go to the Exam Page: Click the 2. Examination menu from the left sidebar and select English Examination.
- Open the Test: Review the initial instructions and details, then click the blue Attempt quiz button.
- Enter the Quiz Password: Type the Quiz password (provided by your test administrator in the exam room) into the confirmation pop-up window.
- Begin the Exam: Click Start attempt to immediately begin your examination.
Important Note on Time Limit: You have exactly 2 hours to complete the exam. The countdown timer starts immediately after clicking confirmation and cannot be paused under any circumstances.
Step 4: Taking the Exam & Submission
- Answer the Questions: Select the best answer for each multiple-choice question. The exam consists of 120 questions in total.
- Using Navigation Tools: Use the Quiz Navigation sidebar on the left to jump between questions or flag specific ones to return to later.
- Conclude the Exam: Once you reach the final question (Question 120), click the Finish attempt... button located in the bottom right corner of the page.
- Review Answer Status: On the summary page (Summary of attempt), verify that all questions display the status "Answer saved".
- Submit the Exam: Scroll to the very bottom of the summary page and click the Submit all and finish button.
- Confirm Submission: Click confirm once more in the pop-up dialog box to permanently record your exam results into the system.
Step 5: Completion, Results & Reviews
1. Exam Results Summary Window
After clicking submit, the system will immediately direct you to the exam details window (Attempt 1), displaying the following information:
- Status: Finished (The exam is fully completed).
- Duration: The exact amount of time taken to complete the exam.
- Grade: Your score out of the maximum 120.00 points, along with the percentage (e.g., 31.00 out of 120.00 (25.83%)).
- Feedback: System response message (e.g., "The examination has been successfully completed...").
- Restrictions: Below the table, the status will show Review not permitted accompanied by the message "No more attempts are allowed", which is a security feature to prevent re-accessing the exam question bank.
2. Returning to the Course & Completing the Evaluation (Reviews)
- Once you have verified your score and details on this page, click the "Back to the course" button located at the bottom.
- Upon returning to the main course dashboard, your completion tracker will show "Your progress 100%".
Scroll down to the evaluation section and click the star icon "Reviews" to submit your rating and review for the system. - Afterward, you can click on the Certificate menu on the left sidebar to check your eligibility and immediately download your official test certificate (if your score meets the university's criteria).
User Profile & Grades Menu (Checking Personal Information)
Students can click on their Profile Icon (top right corner of the screen) to check overall academic records and manage account preferences:
- Profile: View user account details such as email address, country, timezone, and recent login history (Login activity).
- Grades: Check grades across all enrolled courses. The system will display a summary table featuring the SRRU-TEP course along with your achieved proficiency level (e.g., A2) after the exam is graded.
- Preferences: Customize your account settings, such as updating your user profile (Edit profile), changing your password (Change password), or selecting your preferred system language (Preferred language).
- Log out: Safely log out and terminate your session once you are finished using the system.
